Sight Between
Sight Between is a not a linear narrative, but a dreamscape—fluid, looping, and open. Carrying the lingering texture of dreams that stay after waking—some images remain, others slowly dissipate, yet all leave traces. What I offer is not a map, but a mode of seeing. With every mark and gesture, there is a deeper pulse, a sense that we are not alone.
This work explores the space between dreams and consciousness—where echoes, imagination, and perception entwine. In this intimate environment, viewers encounter large multimedia drawings and sculptural installations, including a towering clay figure (Mud God) and a suspended cloud of ceramic fragments (Rain of Ephemera).
Across drawings and sculpture, I delineate a visual language of transformation—from the searching gaze of a child to the ancient stillness of a mythic god; from horses dissolving in motion to bird-mammal hybrids that evoke evolutionary memory. In this layered, immersive world, boundaries between material and spirit, presence and absence, coexist—inviting viewers to dwell in the in-between.
